In part one, I describe using the Facebook Connect for iPhone SDK. In the sample application provided by Facebook, a Get Permission button checks to see if the user has granted the appropriate extended permission to the application. It is a permission to post status updates. The permission needs to be granted only once. If the user clicks the button after permission is granted, they see this message: You have already granted this permission to the application.
